Starry Night Motif This motif uses six-pointed stars against the celestial movement of the night sky. The black and white colors used for the sky represent the contrast that can be created from reflection of the moon during the night and the red and white colors used for the sky in the second version of this motif below represents the contrast that can be created from the reflection of the sun during the day.
