Links of Inifinity Motif This motif designs use the geometric shape the Hexagon having six sides. It is known to be the most natural shape. Many believe that the Hexagon symbolizes Heaven with the six days of Creation which in itself represents perfection. When an equilateral triangle is inverted and placed over itself, the triangle is pointing upwards representing the aspirations of man pointing towards heaven. The inverted triangle pointing downwards represents the realm of ideas towards which man's aspirations are directed. The triangles in this design represents human consciousness and the man's three-fold nature; the knower, the known, and the knowing. At the same time, when we get three squares overlapping each other, the twelve-pointed star is formed thus enclosing a dodecagon at their center. This is commonly related to the signs of the Zodiac.
